In our first year, our council has blossomed into a wonderful organization, receiving media attention within our school district and community. Projects undertaken included the decoration of rain collection barrells, recycling projects, community clean-up, and much more. In the coming year, Bluegrass Youth Sustainability Council is eager to take on more projects.
